3. User Accounts

4. Content Ownership & Responsibility

Slicely.app does not claim ownership over any YouTube videos or derived clips.

4.2 Rights & Permissions

You represent and warrant that:

  • You own the content or have permission to use it
  • You have the right to automate, slice, and repost the content

Slicely.app is not responsible for copyright disputes or content misuse by users.

5. Video Processing & Storage Policy

5.1 Limited Purpose Use

Videos accessed or downloaded by Slicely.app are used strictly for:

  • User-authorized reposting

5.2 No Abuse Guarantee

We expressly state that we:

  • Do not permanently store YouTube videos
  • Do not reuse or redistribute videos

5.3 Automatic Deletion

All video files are automatically deleted after processing or within a limited technical retention window.

6. YouTube API Services Compliance

6.1 Limited Use of YouTube Data

YouTube data accessed via the API is:

6.2 Revocation of Access

You may revoke Slicely.app’s access to your YouTube account at any time via:

Upon revocation, all associated tokens and YouTube-related data are deleted.

7. Subscriptions & Payments

The value delivered is the automation service itself, not specific outcomes.

17.6 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard.

Cancellation:

  • Prevents future billing
  • Does not entitle you to a refund for any prior payment
  • Allows continued access until the end of the current billing period
